Are you facing the reality of overwhelm everyday?

Do you feel ostracized or disconnected from your friends, family and community?

Do you sometimes feel the pressure of trying to keep up with the expectations placed on you by your parents, social media, peers and by school?

Our team of teachers, mentors and mindfulness coaches have a range of methodologies, tools and insights that has proven to help young people gain confidence, develop a growth mindset, and set them up for a lifetime of discovery and self-efficacy.

Through a combination of mind-body techniques and one-on-one coaching support, our program is tailored to your individual needs, and is tailor-made to and help you develop your personal toolkit and do YOU - for life!

Who is this program for?

This program is for young people ages 15- 21.

Through the facilitation of Group coaching; focusing on mindfulness and gaining tools and knowledge of the power of the mind, I will guide you through a 4 week program that encourages you to become consciously aware of yourself and how you connect with others and the world around you.

How will this program help me?

This program will help young people who are:

Feeling disconnected, confused and overwhelmed by some or many elements of their life.

Seeking support outside of their immediate community to learn more about themselves and how they can move forward from a place of empowerment and inner happiness.

Wanting to learn and grow under the guidance of a ‘big sister or big brother figure’ who has been there, seen it and done it all before!

Ready to develop their self worth, self love and self awareness and realise their ABSOLUTE potential and SHINE.
