Episode 24:
Billy O'Toole
I first stumbled across Billy O'Toole whilst sifting through my local paper. His photograph featured on the front page, announcing his success as being recognised as a young person making a big difference!!
Billy is an emerging Aboriginal artist and proud Waddawurrung man, residing in Waddawurrung country, who uses his art and work to educate the community on his culture.
In today's conversation we talk about how his art has supported his often challenging and 'perceived' unconventional upbringing and how his culture has guided and nurtured him to be the capable and inspiring young man and father he is today.
An inspiring conversation from a humble bloke!!!
